In the prestigious setting of Saint-Tropez, the project involves the renovation of a private villa aimed at improving indoor comfort in both winter and summer through a complete upgrade of the building systems.

The intervention included a reconfiguration of the interior spaces, combined with an in-depth study of the most effective mechanical solutions. In particular, underfloor radiant systems were adopted to ensure uniform thermal comfort, along with ducted fan-coil units concealed within suspended ceilings, providing both efficiency and high aesthetic quality.

The firm oversaw the entire process, from design to construction management, ensuring continuity in design decisions, supervision of workmanship quality, and accurate cost control, through an integrated approach combining engineering and architecture.
