In the evocative hillside setting of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, overlooking the French Riviera, the project involves the complete reconstruction of a private swimming pool within a terraced villa garden.
Defined by multiple levels supported by stone retaining walls, the site presents both landscape value and structural challenges. The existing pool, located on the upper terrace, required replacement due to wall instability, leading to an integrated architectural and engineering intervention.
The project features a new infinity pool that enhances the panoramic sea view and creates a seamless visual connection between water and horizon. Structural works include the consolidation of the retaining wall באמצעות micropile foundations, ensuring long-term stability.
The intervention also includes the refurbishment of pathways and pavements near the Pool House, improving accessibility and overall usability of the outdoor spaces.
