Clarify objectives, constraints, and success criteria. Define governance, responsibilities, and communication channels.

Project execution plan

Translate strategy into a detailed scope, work breakdown structure, programme, cost plan, and risk register. Define clear decision points.

Procurement & contracts

Develop tender strategy (single or multi-lot, design-build, lump sum, or GMP). Prepare RFPs, manage clarifications, and support bid evaluation and contract award.

Baseline & controls

Establish schedule and cost baselines. Define reporting cadence, dashboards, and change approval thresholds.

05.

Delivery

Coordinate consultants and contractors. Monitor progress, risks, and HSE compliance. Maintain meeting minutes and action logs. Protect design and construction interfaces.

06.

Commissioning & handover

Organise testing and training. Verify documentation including O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built records. Close open points and support transition to operations.
