Architectural design

From site setup to closeout

We manage all aspects of execution: site setup and logistics, health and safety plans, method statements, toolbox talks, and daily coordination.

We conduct inspections against drawings and specifications, manage material approvals and mockups, and monitor progress with documented planning. RFIs and changes are handled with traceable records to ensure full project control.

Logistics plans, signage, permits, and protective measures are coordinated from day one.

Coordination meetings & look‑ahead

Weekly site meetings with 2 to 4-week planning horizons. Constraint logs updated and shared.

Inspections & ITPs

Hold points, mockups, material checks, and site tests are documented and witnessed.

04.

Quality records & NCRs

Daily site diaries, photo logs, inspection sheets, and corrective actions tracked.

05.

Progress & schedule

Milestones, quantities, and percent complete monitored against the critical path.

06.

RFIs & change management

Requests for information and design clarifications documented with impact evaluation.

07.

HSE & compliance

Inductions, toolbox talks, signage, and incident reporting are tracked. Waste and housekeeping are verified.

08.

Snagging & pre‑handover

Detailed room-by-room checks and re-inspections to close all pending items.

09.

Handover & closeout

Consolidation of O&M manuals, warranties, and As-built documentation. User training is scheduled when required.
