From concept to delivery

We define system strategies from early sizing to detailed drawings. Our team calculates heating, cooling, and ventilation loads, develops electrical topologies and water networks, and integrates lighting, controls, and emergency systems.

BIM workflows allow us to coordinate all systems with architecture and structure, plan maintenance access, optimize space, and simulate performance for energy efficiency, acoustics, and operational reliability.

Maintenance, acoustic comfort, and energy efficiency are planned early to ensure smooth implementation on site.

From brief to commissioning

01.

Brief and targets

We align on comfort levels, air quality rates, acoustic goals, energy performance, and utility constraints. Local codes are identified at the outset.

02.

Load assessment and zoning

Heating and cooling loads, ventilation rates, diversity factors, and power demands are determined. Control zones and groups are defined for efficient operation.

03.

System strategy

We compare options such as heat pumps, radiant systems, or air handling units with energy recovery. Water and power network topology is structured. Lighting strategies, including lux levels, glare control, and emergency lighting, are integrated into BIM models for coordination and visualization.

04.

Developed design

Schematics, risers, and preliminary plant sizing are produced. Space and weight reservations are coordinated early with the project team using BIM-based coordination.

05.

Technical documentation

We deliver structured drawings, schedules, and specifications for pricing and execution. Narrative documents clarify control and commissioning strategies. All documentation is coordinated and linked in BIM models for traceability.

06.

Tender and procurement

We prepare RFQs, respond to technical questions, and assess offers based on performance and maintainability.

07.

Site support

We review shop drawings, inspect installations, and follow commissioning and testing, with clear reports and documentation.
